Transforming Life with Heidi provides leadership coaching, communication coaching, DISC behavioral assessments, leadership development training, team building workshops, Lunch and Learn sessions, mastermind groups, and keynote speaking services.

Coaching is Not Therapy
The services provided by Transforming Life with Heidi are coaching and personal development services only. Coaching is a distinct service from therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment. Heidi Blair is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or mental health professional. Our services do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition or disorder. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require mental health support we strongly encourage you to seek the services of a licensed mental health professional. By engaging our services you acknowledge and agree that you understand the distinction between coaching and therapy.

No Guarantee of Results
While Transforming Life with Heidi is committed to providing high quality coaching and training services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Individual results will vary based on effort, commitment, circumstances, and other factors outside our control. Testimonials shared on this website reflect the experiences of individual clients and are not a guarantee that you will achieve similar results.

Discovery Call
The free Discovery Call offered through this website is a complimentary consultation to determine whether our services are a good fit for your needs. It is not a coaching session and does not constitute the beginning of a coaching engagement. No payment is required for the Discovery Call.

Payment Terms
Payment terms for services are outlined in the individual service agreement provided to each client prior to the start of an engagement. All payments are due according to the schedule outlined in that agreement. Late payments may result in a pause of active work until the account is current.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Please review your service agreement carefully before engaging services. Discovery Calls may be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice.
