A personal note from Heidi
As someone with a strong SC personality style, I naturally prefer to be supportive, steady, and more comfortable in the background than in the spotlight.
That was especially true during my time serving in the Air Force. I often remained in the background and did not step outside of my comfort zone. Not because I lacked ability or desire, but because neither my leadership nor I fully recognized how I was wired.
Understanding personality helped me realize that what looked quiet on the outside was not weakness. It was steadiness, thoughtfulness, and support. DISC gave language to the strengths I had been living all along.
Now I help others better understand themselves, communicate more effectively, and see that their personality can be a strength—not a limitation.

What safety measures are in place on your coaches
Our coaches feature GPS, advanced braking systems, and undergo regular maintenance and sanitization.
Are there restroom facilities on the buses?
Yes, all our long-distance and most of our larger city tour coaches are equipped with clean, well-maintained restroom facilities.
Do you offer WiFi on your buses
Yes, complimentary WiFi is available on all our buses to keep you connected during your journey
How can I book a trip for a large group?
Contact our booking office via phone, email, or our website to arrange your group travel.
What is your cancellation policy?
For most bookings, cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before departure without any charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Custom private trips might have different policies.
Are pets allowed on the coaches?
Service animals are welcome on board at no extra charge. Pets may be allowed on private custom trips, depending on the destinations regulations and specific arrangements made in advance. Please contact our customer service team to discuss arrangements for traveling with pets.
